Lucy deep dives into cyberspace and pulls up the Protocol Interface for 10s. While the Protocol Interface is active, choose up to 7 different Spoofing Program effects, each requiring different RAM costs. Lucy starts with 24 points of RAM.
While in the Protocol Interface, Lucy marks targets within a certain range in her view. Marked targets will be applied with all Spoofing Program effects selected afterwards. Adjust Lucy's view to mark more targets. When no target is in view, no Spoofing Program can be applied.
While in the Protocol Interface, when either the duration expires or when Normal Attack is held down, Override is triggered, which deals Spectro DMG to all marked targets before closing the Protocol Interface, considered Heavy Attack DMG. When RAM runs out or is insufficient to activate any Spoofing Programs, press Normal Attack to trigger Override on all marked targets.

How the kit works
Start with Protocol Breach. Resonance Skill - Payload (Skill) charges forward and applies Hack - Shifting; a hit opens Resonance Skill - Pulse Interference (Skill). The latter grants Digital Handshake, which builds TCP over time while Lucy is active outside Algorithm Compaction. Her attacks also build TCP. After Outdated Hallucination, the next Pulse Interference grants 20 extra TCP.
At 100 TCP, cast Resonance Skill - Deadlock (Skill) to enter Algorithm Compaction and gain one SQL. Depths of Blackwall also grants 65% Spectro DMG Bonus for 8 seconds. Hitting with Basic Attack - Thread Shredding (Basic Attack) or Heavy Attack - Single Threading (Basic Attack) builds Root Access. Thread Shredding deals Heavy Attack DMG despite using Basic Attack inputs.
At 100 Root Access, use Heavy Attack - Dual Threading (Basic Attack). Shortly after casting it while airborne, press or hold Normal Attack for Heavy Attack - Multi-threading (Basic Attack). SQL raises its DMG Multiplier by 270% and is consumed. Without SQL, the attack instead costs 20% of current HP, unless Lucy is below 1% HP.
After Multi-threading, use Resonance Liberation - Old Net Deep Dive (Liberation). It opens the same interface as Netrunner, but has a higher Override DMG Multiplier. Mark enemies in view and choose programs using 24 RAM. Cyberware Malfunction makes marked targets take 5% more DMG, while Breach Protocol reduces their DEF by 5%; each costs 4 RAM and lasts 30 seconds. Hold Normal Attack to trigger Override.
Data Crash responds when a team Tune Break causes Hack - Interfered. Its Hack Response deals Spectro Hack DMG and applies Data Crash, which Stagnates the target for 0.5 seconds after it deals damage. Each target can receive the response once every 8 seconds.
Build and why
Shadow of Shattered Dreams is the recommended set. Its effect is not included in the supplied build data, so check the in-game description before planning around it. Celestial Light and Eternal Radiance are alternatives: each gives 10% Spectro DMG with two pieces, which suits Lucy's Spectro attacks.
Spectral Trigger is the first weapon choice. It grants 12% ATK, and using Resonance Skill gives 20% Spectro DMG Bonus for 14 seconds, stacking twice. Inflicting Hack - Shifting gives 30% Heavy Attack DMG Amplification for 14 seconds and lets Heavy Attack DMG ignore 10% of the target's DEF. Lucy can use both parts of the effect.
Phasic Homogenizer is next: it gives 12% ATK and, after a teammate uses Tune Break, grants the wielder 20% All-Attribute DMG Bonus for 14 seconds. Lux & Umbra is another option. Echo Skill DMG gives it Heavy Attack DMG Amplification, while Heavy Attack DMG gives it Echo Skill DMG Amplification; each lasts 6 seconds.
ATK is worth considering when choosing stats. If you have the second Resonance Chain node, its extra attack scales with ATK. Crit. DMG is another option, particularly for Override with the third node. The supplied build does not specify a stat spread.
For maximum ascension, gather 170,000 Shell Credit, 4 LF Exoswarm Core, 12 MF Exoswarm Core, 12 HF Exoswarm Core, 4 FF Exoswarm Core, 46 Nightmare Flashdrive and 60 Past Reveries.

Resonance Chain nodes worth it
The Blackwall, the Past, the Escape (Sequence 2) is a strong option to consider first. It raises starting RAM from 24 to 32, adds a 450% ATK Spectro hit after Pulse Interference, and raises the SQL increase to Multi-threading's DMG Multiplier from 270% to 560%.
I Really Want to Stay At Your House (Sequence 6) is another large damage option: Lucy deals 40% increased Heavy Attack DMG and 60% increased Hack DMG to targets with Hack - Shifting or Hack - Interfered. Cyberpunk (Sequence 3) is worth considering for its 50% Override DMG Multiplier increase and 100% Override Crit. DMG increase.
Teams
Rebecca is the first teammate to consider. Outdated Hallucination lets the team see targets behind obstacles for 25 seconds, with an enhanced effect that lets Rebecca lock onto them. If her turret is on the field, its Overload effect increases its damage for 4 seconds.
Countermeasure Program gives the incoming Resonator 25% Basic Attack DMG Amplification for 14 seconds or until they switch out. It also gives the team Countermeasure Program for 25 seconds. During that window, an active teammate other than Lucy who inflicts Hack - Shifting gains 20% All DMG Amplification.
Look for a teammate who can use the Basic Attack buff, and consider one who can inflict Hack - Shifting to activate the other effect. A team Tune Break that causes Hack - Interfered also lets Lucy trigger her Hack Response. No particular element is required by these effects.
Shorekeeper and Verina are other teammates named in the guide evidence. Mornye, Iuno and Mortefi are also options to consider; the supplied data does not describe their skills, so check their kits when deciding what the team needs.
Common mistakes
Do not spend Multi-threading without checking SQL. The empowered attack consumes it; another Multi-threading without SQL costs current HP instead. Recasting Deadlock during Algorithm Compaction does not grant another SQL or repeat the Spectro DMG Bonus.
Do not use Netrunner too early if you are setting up Old Net Deep Dive. Casting either Liberation clears TCP and ends Algorithm Compaction. Build Root Access and use Multi-threading first when you want the stronger Override.
Do not open the Protocol Interface with enemies outside your view and expect programs to apply. Mark targets first, adjust the view if needed, and watch the RAM costs. Ping can mark nearby targets within range without adjusting the view.
Do not assume both Outro buffs stay active through every switch. The Basic Attack buff ends when its recipient switches out, and switching while the All DMG Amplification is active ends Countermeasure Program early.
