How the kit works
Before combat, Content Monetization applies Block to enemies in an area for 10 seconds. Attack a blocked enemy to enter battle, deal Fire DMG equal to 50% of ATK to all enemies and recover 2 Skill Points.
On her turn, Boom! Sparxicle's Poppin' starts a livestream and triggers Engagement Farming once. Each trigger adds 20% to the Enhanced Basic ATK multiplier against the main target and 10% against adjacent targets. It also randomly grants either 2 Punchline and 2 Skill Points or 1 Punchline. Engagement Farming can trigger up to 20 times during the livestream; neither ability counts as using a Skill.
Bloom! Winner Takes All ends the livestream. Before the added multipliers, it deals 100% of ATK to the main target and 50% to adjacent targets. While Sparxie holds Certified Banger, Sleight of Sparx Hand adds Fire Elation DMG to those targets and one extra instance against a random attacked enemy for each Engagement Farming trigger.
Party's Wildin' and Camera's Rollin' hits all enemies and normally gains 2 Punchline. Dazzling! Persona Kaleidoscope adds 2, 4 or 8 Punchline when the team has 1, 2 or at least 3 Elation characters respectively. Signal Overflow: The Great Encore! deals Fire Elation DMG to all enemies, followed by 20 random hits, and gives Sparxie 2 Thrill. Thrill can offset her Skill Point consumption and counts as Skill Points consumed.
Build and why
Use four pieces of Ever-Glorious Magical Girl with two pieces of Tengoku@Livestream. Ever-Glorious Magical Girl gives 16% CRIT DMG and lets Elation DMG ignore 10% DEF. For every 5 accumulated Punchline gained by allies, it ignores another 1%, up to 10 stacks. Tengoku@Livestream gives 16% CRIT DMG, plus 32% for 3 turns if at least 3 Skill Points are consumed in one turn. Thrill consumption counts as Skill Point consumption.
Wavestrider Captain is a relic alternative: its four-piece effect gives 48% ATK for one turn after the required ally abilities and Ultimate. Rutilant Arena is a planar alternative that boosts Basic ATK and Skill DMG at 70% CRIT Rate. The Wondrous BananAmusement Park needs a summoned target for its extra CRIT DMG; a summon is not listed in Sparxie's kit.
Choose CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG on the body, ATK Percentage on feet and sphere, and ATK Percentage or Energy Regeneration Rate on the rope. For substats, prioritize CRIT Rate, then CRIT DMG, then ATK Percentage. ATK also feeds Sweet! Punchline Signing: every 100 ATK above 2000 grants 5% Elation, up to 80%.
Dazzled by a Flowery World is the first Light Cone choice. It gives 48% CRIT DMG, raises the Skill Point limit for Elation teammates and lets the wearer ignore DEF through Skill Point consumption. Today's Good Luck is the next option, with CRIT Rate and Elation stacks from Elation Skill use. Mushy Shroomy's Adventures gives Elation and increases enemies' Elation DMG taken after an Elation Skill.
Leveling priority
Follow the game's order: Sleight of Sparx Hand, Signal Overflow: The Great Encore!, Boom! Sparxicle's Poppin', Party's Wildin' and Camera's Rollin', then Cat Got Your Flametongue?. The Talent adds Elation DMG to the Enhanced Basic ATK and Ultimate while Sparxie holds Certified Banger. Signal Overflow supplies a separate set of Elation DMG hits, while the Skill starts her livestream.
For maximum ascension, collect 308,000 Credit, 65 Radiant Prominence, 15 Whimsy Wax, 15 Dreamweave Steel and 15 Lucid Awl.
For all skills, collect another 3,000,000 Credit, 8 Tracks of Destiny, 18 The Fluffy Hand-drawn Storyboards, 69 The Fluffy Serialization Memorial Issue, 139 The Fluffy Collector's Edition, 12 Vanquished Flow's Reticence, 41 Whimsy Wax, 56 Dreamweave Steel and 58 Lucid Awl.
Eidolons worth it
For a large damage upgrade, BuiltDifferent GoingExtinct is worth considering. It gives 20% All-Type RES PEN and adds one Elation Skill damage instance for each Punchline taken into account, up to 40. AudienceKnows (E2) is another notable option: when Aha Instant ends, Sparxie gets an extra turn and 2 Thrill. Each Thrill consumed also gives her 10% CRIT DMG for 2 turns, stacking up to 4 times.
GoingViral WhoIsShe is a team-focused stopping point to consider. When Aha Instant ends it gives 5 Punchline, and each current Punchline grants allies 1.5% All-Type RES PEN, up to 15%. LockedIn FaceCard gives 5 extra Punchline on Ultimate use and 36% Elation for 3 turns.
If you are stopping early, E3 and E5 are reasonable upgrades to pass on: they raise skill levels rather than adding a new effect. You still need them to reach later Eidolons.
Teams
Sparxie gives every ally 8% CRIT DMG per current Punchline, up to 80%, through Frenzy! Palette of Truth and Lies. Watch the current amount rather than assuming the full buff is always active.
Common mistakes
Do not end the livestream without checking how much Engagement Farming has strengthened Bloom! Winner Takes All. Its gifts are random, so do not assume every trigger will restore Skill Points.
Do not treat the Talent's extra Elation DMG as unconditional: Sleight of Sparx Hand requires Sparxie to hold Certified Banger. Also check the conditions on your planar set, especially the same-turn Skill Point requirement on Tengoku@Livestream.
Do not overlook the number of Elation characters in the team. Sparxie counts toward that number, and reaching three changes the extra Punchline from her Ultimate to 8 and grants 4 Thrill through Dazzling! Persona Kaleidoscope.
