Guide
How the kit works
If your Burst is ready, use Lightning Rose near your targets. It deals Electro DMG and keeps firing lightning during its duration. Hits lower opponents' DEF by 15% for 10 seconds. The Rose also knocks enemies back, so watch where they land before starting a long cast.
Press Violet Arc to send a homing orb at an opponent. It deals Electro DMG and applies Conductive in a small area, up to three stacks per target. Charged attacks from Lightning Touch (NA) also apply Conductive through Lisa's passive.
Hold Violet Arc once your targets have stacks. After a long cast, it deals Electro DMG to nearby opponents, with extra damage based on their Conductive stacks. The hit clears those stacks. Lisa's Charged Attack costs Stamina; her Normal Attacks deal Electro DMG and have up to four hits.
Build and why
For a reaction-focused build, start with four pieces of Thundering Fury. Its two-piece bonus gives 15% Electro DMG Bonus. The four-piece effect increases damage from reactions including Hyperbloom and reduces Elemental Skill cooldown by 1 second when the listed reactions or Quicken trigger, at most once every 0.8 seconds.
Four pieces of Gilded Dreams are another option for reaction teams. After a reaction, the set gives ATK for teammates with Lisa's element and Elemental Mastery for teammates with a different element. For a Burst-focused build, Emblem of Severed Fate gives Energy Recharge and converts 25% of it into Burst DMG Bonus, up to 75%.
Use ATK Percentage, Energy Recharge or Elemental Mastery on the sands, Electro DMG Bonus on the goblet, and CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG on the circlet. For substats, look for CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG first, then Energy Recharge, ATK Percentage and Elemental Mastery. Choose enough Energy Recharge to use the Burst when your team needs it.
Reliquary of Truth gives CRIT Rate and grants Elemental Mastery after a skill use. Its CRIT DMG effect requires the wielder to deal Lunar-Bloom DMG, so do not count on that effect in every team. Kagura's Verity instead builds Elemental Skill DMG stacks when Lisa uses her skill. Vivid Notions is an option for a Plunging Attack setup; The Widsith is a 4-star alternative with a random buff when Lisa takes the field.
Leveling priority
A suggested order is Lightning Rose first, Violet Arc second and Lightning Touch (NA) last. The Burst is useful in both field and support setups, while the skill is Lisa's main held hit. Raise Normal Attacks sooner if you spend more time attacking with her. The Burst's 15% DEF reduction comes from a passive, not from increasing its talent level.
For maximum ascension, you need 420,000 Mora, 168 Valberry, 46 Lightning Prism, Vajrada Amethyst Sliver, Fragment, Chunk and Gemstone, plus Slime Condensate, Slime Secretions and Slime Concentrate.
For all three talents to maximum, the total is 4,957,500 Mora, 9 Teachings of Ballad, 63 Guide to Ballad, 114 Philosophies of Ballad, 3 Crown of Insight, 18 Dvalin's Claw, 18 Slime Condensate, 66 Slime Secretions and 93 Slime Concentrate.
Constellations worth it
Infinite Circuit is the standout upgrade: holding Violet Arc restores 2 Energy for each opponent hit, up to 10 Energy at once. It helps Lisa get Energy back, especially when the held hit catches several opponents.
Pulsating Witch is worth considering for a held-skill setup. When Lisa takes the field, it applies three Conductive stacks to nearby opponents, once every 5 seconds. Electromagnetic Field is useful if you often hold the skill: it gives Lisa 25% DEF and more interruption resistance during the cast.
Resonant Thunder and Electrocute raise talent levels by three. You can leave them as lower priorities if you prefer the Energy, stack application or casting protection from the other upgrades.
Common mistakes
Do not hold Violet Arc without checking the targets' Conductive stacks. The held hit gets extra damage from them and clears them, so use a press or a Charged Attack to apply the status first. Find a safe moment for the long cast rather than starting it in the middle of an incoming attack.
Do not ignore Energy Recharge when building around Lightning Rose. A strong Burst setup matters less if it is not ready when you want to use it. Also remember that the Rose knocks opponents back: place it with enough room to follow up, and do not assume every enemy will remain beside Lisa.
